Consultation Process
During our on-site visit, we will thoroughly assess the project and brainstorm viable solutions while providing various options. We will also acquire precise measurements in addition to any other pertinent information for further examination.
We will provide you with a comprehensive and thorough proposal via email. We'll also follow up with a phone call to verify its receipt and accuracy.

Fill in your details for the contract on page 2 of the proposal, scan, and return to us via email.
After you receive your invoice for a 20% deposit via email, the job will be booked and materials ordered as soon as we have received payment into our bank account.

Inner drawer jobs are usually turned around within 1 to 2 weeks of the deposit being received. Other job types typically vary from 2 – 6 weeks. You will be advised of the approximate installation date after the hardware has been ordered. This date will be confirmed a few days in advance.
